Detergent door still latched at the end of every cycle, so nothing washed properly. The dispenser wax motor had died. He fitted a new one and said our tablets were too big for the cup.

Panel ready machine under a stone counter and I was nervous about it coming out. He protected the floor, drew it clear, replaced the drain pump, and slid it back with the custom front still sitting square.

The upper rack came out dry but still soiled every single run, whatever we tried. The feed to the top spray arm had scaled almost shut and the bearing was worn through. Both replaced, and the top load actually washes clean now. He explained how the scale builds.
