New build, and the built in sweated along the door edge all through August. The seal had gone soft down one side and the humidity control was out. New gasket, hinge adjusted, and it stays dry now.

Cold at the back of the cabinet and warm at the door, which I took to mean a new machine was coming. The damper was stuck part open and the control had lost its calibration. Neither of those is dear, and both were dealt with in a single call. Straight answers throughout.
